The Capitol Building

Optimise Everything is excited to announce significant carbon savings at The Capitol Building in Bracknell, a Grade A, 173,000 square-foot institutional-quality office campus in Greater London owned by Kennedy Wilson.

Compared to the same period last year, Capitol achieved an 18% reduction in energy consumption, a saving of over 238 tonnes of carbon – equivalent to removing c. 228 cars from the road for an entire year.

This notable achievement is the result of the dedicated efforts of the onsite team at The Capitol Building, led by Building Manager Katey Monaghan, Knight Frank and Youssef Tawfik, Optimise Everything with support from our advanced optimisation platform.

Our focus is on optimising every opportunity to move towards Net Zero, while also creating a productive and comfortable environment for the building's occupants. Together with Optimise Everything, we're making real progress towards a more sustainable future.
