We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (EU GDPR), the Irish Data Protection Act 2018, the UK GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.

We process personal data in accordance with Article 5 GDPR principles: lawfulness, fairness and transparency; purpose limitation; data minimisation; accuracy; storage limitation; integrity and confidentiality; and accountability.
3. What we do
We are a smart building and energy management company, focused on the convergence of IoT, building automation and data analytics. We may act as data controller or data processor depending on the nature of the services.
Where acting as a data processor, we process personal data only on documented instructions of the controller and under Article 28 compliant data processing agreements.
4. Accountability and governance
We implement privacy by design and by default (Article 25 GDPR).
We maintain records of processing activities (Article 30 GDPR).
We conduct data protection impact assessments (Article 35 GDPR) where processing is likely to result in high risk to individuals.
5. What personal data we handle
We may process identity details, contact details, employment information, billing data, technical data (including IP addresses), website usage data, CCTV footage, and communications records. Special category data is processed only where lawful and necessary.
